STARTING ON OCTOBER 5TH 2020
With the help of our chefs and their assistants you will undertake a journey through the various and different Italian regions, learning the ancient tastes of centuries-old cooking traditions.
Each cooking session includes the hands-on elaboration of a full menu where “antipasti”, “primo piatto”, “secondo piatto” with “contorno” and dessert are included! Each menu is dedicated to a specific Italian region. You will be able to truly discover all of Italy’s secrets from the Trentino Alto Adige to Sicilia!
- 12 hands-on cooking sessions.
- Step by step help from the chef and her/his assistant.
- Taste what you have prepare.
- Recipes in Italian or English of all the dishes prepared.
ATTENDANCE & CERTIFICATION
At the end of the course, DA Siena issues a certificate of attendance stating the number of lessons attended as well as the main gastronomic theme of the cooking sessions.
